Shipping & returns

1. Shipping

We process, produce and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 7am - 3pm CET (with the exception of Croatian public holidays). All of the items purchased via mywaydress.com are custom made. Production of your dress takes 15 working days from the date of your order. Payment and order confirmation will be sent via email within 24h of your transaction.

1.1 Shipping costs

Croatia 4,00 USD - delivered within 4-5 working days*
Europe 12,00 USD - delivered within 4-5 working days*
World 24,00 USD - delivered within 5-12 working days*
*estimated times - arrival time with this basic shipping is not guaranteed.

1.2 Customs and duties

All relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price.
 Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

2. Returns & exchanges

We guarantee to refund the items purchased on mywaydress.com that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.


Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

2.1 Return and exchange condition

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please keep items in returnable condition - be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

2.2 Exceptions

Discounted items that are bought on sale, are not eligible for refund or exchange.


Modified Return Policy: If you return more than 3 dresses in a 6 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.


Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable.


Damaged items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service.


Other: If you receive wrong item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service.

2.3 How to send your exchange or return

a) For exchanges: please contact customer service first and than we will guide you through the procedure

b) For returns:
step 1: pack your item(s) and invoice into the cardboard box.
step 2: mail your package to the following address:
